Rotel CD player models in the 10 and 02 series did not have an IR code for Power on or off, however to remotely turn the unit on and off the 12 Volt trigger input on the back panel of the unit can be used with any Rotel and many other preamplifiers and receivers to trigger the CD player on and off with the preamplifier.  Alternatively, if the preamplifier has a switched AC outlet this can be used also to power the CD player on and off.
